1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SavedEmails ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SavedEmails provides an email collection API service that allows developers to easily capture and manage email addresses from their applications. The Service includes API access, data storage, analytics, and export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and API keys
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Collect emails without proper consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. API Usage Limits

Your use of our API is subject to the following limits:

• Rate limits as specified in your plan
• Fair use policy for bandwidth and storage
• Compliance with technical documentation

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive usage that impacts service quality.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are in Euros (€) and subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.2 Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Free Trial

Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

7. Data Ownership and Rights

7.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to data you collect through the Service. We claim no ownership over your collected emails.

7.2 Service Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you or your users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SavedEmails and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEDEMAILS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SavedEmails from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining:

• 99.9% uptime SLA for Pro plan customers
• Response times under 100ms for API calls
• Regular backups of all data

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
